My name is Paula Smith, MBA, CLS (ASCP), Certified CoachMy training and background is in science and business. Working in hospitals for 30 years, managing my way from performing testing to managing laboratories. This experience has trained me to bring scientific and business processes together to create practical solutions. It is important, to me, to be open and nonjudgemental of obstacles thus allowing all possibilities to be assessed. Thereby, allowing for a tailored unique plan to be created to benefit my client.

The pandemic for me brought a different focus to life, changing my goals and measures of success. What has stayed the same is the desire to help others live the lives of their dreams
